You'll be able to create a durable shelter quickly thanks to the rugged Ratchet Tite tensioning system and ShelterLock stabilizers. An easy-sliding cross rail locks down the cover and squares up the frame. This is a nice temporary garage - I found the directions however to be almost useless - so I wasted a lot of time trying to figure the direction out. I did make a few calls to their information line and they were helpful. I would get another one if I need another one. Again my only complaint was the directions.

Be very carefull about buying one of these or similiar items on line. They are very heavy (look at the shipping cost) and if parts are missing the company is slow (A understatement) to answer their phone and address problems. Ours came missing 8 critical parts and 2 other parts were assembled and welded in their factory incorrectly. I could not finish assembling the shelter without them. It took three days of waiting for a response from their help line (I both phoned and emailed) before I just dialed and let the phone stay on unit a live person finally answered after almost a hour. You have to furnish a copy of your purchase reciept before they will do anything and I didn't find them very helpful, just made excuses for the problem and slow response. Lucky I was able to scan and email it. But, I have never received any notification that the replacement parts were shipped. You could have the same problem if buying locally, by the way. But at least you have some one to talk to.

As to the product itself, it seems well designed and fit for it's intended purpose. Instructions are a bit sketchy in places, but not to bad if you have some general idea how things go together. If they got their QC in control, it would be even better.

Edit, almost 3 weeks after we received this item, we are still short parts. They finally sent and I recieved the shorted parts, but they only sent half as many as I was shorted. I cannot recommend that anyone buy anything from this company. Their customer service is lousy to say the least. All my communication with them is documented and I requested what was short, but they still couldn't get it right.
