This is quite small, smaller than I expected...but works great! I got it to watch the birds that eat at my window feeder up close...and it works great for that purpose. If you are looking to view things from a greater distance, you wont see too much, and I would advise something else. I even pull out my binoculars to watch the birds even just in my neigborhood better. As long as you are looking to see a bit more detail of something within a closer range...this little monocular works great, focuses quickly, and is small enough to take anywhere.
