Nice, reliable broth.
I've been using this broth for a few months and am very pleased with it. Shelton's has a nice flavor and supports my recipes rather than watering them down or taking over like some other broths. I love that it's organic and is recommended in the Weston A. Price Foundation shopping guide.

not actually organic
Beware this product. It's made with "organic turkey product" -- who knows what that is. The main ingredient, and most of the other ingredients, are not organic. I don't even want to use this stuff after reading the label. I've lived in the city where it's produced and that water is NASTY. And, as I learned to my dismay, grocery items are not returnable. Beware this product. It's made with "organic turkey product" -- who knows what that is. The main ingredient, and most of the other ingredients, are not organic. I don't even want to use this stuff after reading the label. I've lived in the city where it's produced and that water is NASTY. And, as I learned to my dismay, grocery items are not returnable. So if you want broth from mystery meat and nasty water, this is for you.
