I didn't notice any improvement, you need to take THREE tablets daily, and the tablets are very large and may be difficult for some people to swallow. Also, you are informed it takes up to four months to see any difference (4 bottles of 90 tablets). There's no guarantee this works so if it doesn't, that's a huge amount of wasted money. Try BIOTIN, an OTC supplement that's inexpensive but has worked for me.

I decided to try this out since I can tell my hair is starting to thin out a little but it's too bad. I tried this out and as another reviewer said, 3 pills a day for this. It did end up working a little after 3-4 months but I had to stop taking it. I get lab work done every ~2 months for something else and a side effect of this is liver problems. I was healthy and fit before starting this but then starting receiving massive headache that no OCT headache pill could get rid of. The worst was a mild-strong headache that lasted a week strait. I finally stopped taking it and everything went back to normal. The hair I was starting to grow is gone now.

I am African American and in the process of growing my hair out. This product gave my "new growth" a boost and softened the texture of my hair. This product won't give you hair to your butt overnight, but it will boost your monthly growth noticeably. I use this in conjuntcion with a regular multi-vitamin.

It works but.................. if you're a guy and you take this long enough you will experience sensitivity issues in some very sensitive areas. Your hair may be thicker and fluffier but certain other parts of your body will be sore as hell. Be very careful when taking this.

Ohhhh, I must mention though that it will 100% eliminate all gray hair. I had probably 10% of my hair gray and within 6 months, I have a head full of black hair again and i look much younger. But once again you will experience soreness after prolonged use and thats too high a price to pay for me.

Guys should maybe try the Shen Min for MEN but the formula on that looks a lil weaker to me.

This is the best product out there for hair loss or thinning hair. I've been using it for years. Don't get discouraged if results not seen immediately, it is a natural product give it some time before you give up on it. This product is much cheaper on line than at the store so long term use is at least not that bad but it's worth it. Give it a try, it cannot hurt.

I started using this product the beginning of August along with biotin and I must say I have noticed a DRASTIC difference in my hair and nails. Before my hair was thin and brittle from damage but now its thicker and has grown at least 2 inches longer I SWEAR BY IT. because of using both biotin and shen min I'm not sure which has benefit me the most so I'm just going to continue using both I'm now on my second bottle of biotin and shen min hair growth.....I encourage everyone to purchase this product you want be disappointed. I have worn weave in my hair for over 6 years because I've always been ashamed of the way my hair looked and how thin it was and I can now honestly say this is my real hair :) this is the first time I've worn my natural hair in a very long time and I must say I love it along with all the compliments on how good it look and how long its grown its now shoulder length and fuller. This is one product I will continuously use until they stop selling it and hopefully that won't happen.
