Very poignant for the adult reader!,

This review is from: Shepherd Boy (Paperback)
I love reading this to my sons (5, 7) even though I always end up trying not to cry when I see the mum left holding the toy sheep. (I know, cut the apron strings!) Reminds me of me growing up in the NW highlands and sheep dog trials in the mist. Love all Kim Lewis books, great detailed drawings and children's facial expressions.
