Sheltie Book,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: The Shetland Sheepdog in America (Hardcover)
This is a comprehensive book dealing with the shelties of the past that have created the modern sheltie. This is an excellent source of information on pedigrees, bloodlines and the kennels that were important to the modern sheltie. This book is well written and easy to understand. She covers areas that extend beyond Catherine Coleman's books. She goes into the modern kennels and their strategy for success and the top shelties behind our lines. This is an excellent source for both novices in the breed and those of us who have had them for a lifetime.
