A Great Read,

My reason for choosing this book to read was mainly the cover and the fact that I had never read a Love-Inspired Suspense novel. I figured it would be a welcome change from the normal novels that can sometimes fall flat. At least with a Suspense novel I was guaranteed some kind of suspense. Thankfully, this novel did not let me down. I just had to read more with each tidbit about the crime. The sweet and romantic relationship that takes place between Garrett and Amber also added to my interest. They have amazing chemistry whenever they meet and try to solve the events of the crime. Amber, playing sleuth eventually develops a thing for Garrett and he for her. Even though they seem to try to keep their relationship platonic, they really grow to care for one another with God as their guide.
Though it got a little sluggish towards the end, I really enjoyed reading this novel and will look for more from this author.
