i picked this little guy up with intentions of gifting it to grandma. brought it home and tried to download pics for her, the software was so extremely slow that i couldn't imagine giving it to anyone. not to mention that the pics never even downloaded because the computer gave up before it was fully downloaded. This keychain is definatly not worth your time.

I got this as a gift, and I think I would love it if it would work. I've had it plugged into my macbook pro for over an hour and it still says it is updating. I haven't gotten a single photo loaded on to it. It seems to be fully charged, too. Oh well.

I purchased this as a gift for my mom. We planned on putting photos of the grandkids on it, before giving it to grandma. Just as other posters have said, I plugged it in, the screen goes blue saying updating, then shuts off black, repeat to infinity. Won't stay on long enough to download pics. Tried the reset button, which did NOTHING. Went to the website listed on the box, there site is useless. Doesn't even list this product, but has many that are now discontinued.
