well, i bought this product from Amazon based on another review i saw on another website
this is the first time i buy Shilajit, it has a bad odor, sometimes i felt i wanna vomit from its smell but once swallowed you don't feel any upset. you will get used to it with time.
if you dont want to smell the bad odor, i think you should go for another company that makes it capsules instead of tablets. coz this is compressed tablets
i had bad side effects and was extremely fatigued but this product improved my overall health 30-40% boosting in energy..
you just have to give it some time minimum 20 days.
stay away from masturbation. coz it will drag the energy this product gives you.
i am going to keep using this even after recovery if i ever get full recovery.

The first time I bought this product, I bought it from another company that I took the time out to check added ingrediants. I didn't want Magnesium Sterate included as it is bad for you ( I won't go into why here) and there was none in their product, but, when I tried this company, I forgot to call first to see if theirs contained the Magnesium Sterate. Sure enough, it arrived and it did contain this bad ingrediant. Wish I hadn't purchased it and was too lazy to send back for a refund. I will go back to the original company I used next time.
I understand the Magnesium Sterate is used as an inexpensive binder, but I'm sure there are better processes that can be used and prefer to stay with companies that don't use these products. I'm taking these things to get healthy not to add more problems to my already over-taxed system.

Seller was kind enough to refund part of the order, but I did have an allergic reaction to these pills. So wouldn't recommend trying these until you are in a safe environment to deal with hives or allergies. (I was in Belize on a small island... didn't work out so well lol)
