Pre cut lengths,

Excellent product if the pre cut lengths of housing fit your bike. I purchased this set for my hardtail and had no issues. However, when I purchased it for my full suspension 29'er, the housing lengths were too short. I had to purchase a 10m roll of shimano sis housing separately to complete the installation. Save the trouble if you have a big travel full sus and buy the cables, caps, and housing separately. Other than that it is an excellent product!
