This is perfect for many 21, 24 or 27 speed mountain bikes. The chain ring, although not especially cool in the biking world, keeps my pants legs from getting chewed up, which is pretty cool in my world. This is not, however, a $100 crankset with weight-saving features like hollow cranks, and it does not use the newer splined or external bottom bracket, but who cares for 99% of riders?

Nothing much to say. Bolted on my GT LTS3 just fine and I like the attached chainguard to protect my feet.

I purchased these because the bike I bought had smaller size than I'm use to. These came on time seamed to be better than the original ones. The sale went smooth delivery was smooth and on time and the Crankset also worked smooth not much more to ask for. Great experience.

I needed a replacement crank for my Trek 3400 -- I bent the original. This new Shimano crankset was easy to install. I didn't have a chain guard on the original, but like having it on the new one.
