About the Author
Chris Hannan was born in Glasgow and returned there to live after university in Cambridge. His previous plays, all published by NHB, include Elizabeth Gordon Quinn (Traverse, 1985, The Baby (Tron, 1990) and The Evil Doers (Bush Theatre, London, 1990), for which he won that year's Most Promising Playwright Award.
