I bought both Standing Room Only and Superstars of Love. The problem I experienced is probably the same problem everyone else is having. When you type in Shirley Bassey, Standing Room Only pops up, but nothing entitled Superstars of Love. I had to go hunting on the internet to find out it is called Super Estrellas Del Amor. I went back to Amazon, clicked DVD's and once again it was not listed. I then clicked all product, and it came up. Now I know why it is ranked 514,000, and Standing Room Only is ranked 756. People can Find Standing Room Only, but for some reason Amazon has buried Super Estrellas Del Amor. They are both great product, one has a DVD plus a CD, and one has a DVD. One has 6 live concert songs on DVD, plus Demis Roussos and Matt Monro, and the other has 10 live concert songs of Shirley Bassey.

The one with the DVD and CD is less expensive than Standing Room Only, so perhaps this is why they have it hidden. I do not know!

Buy Standing Room Only- it is classic Bassey. Then type in Super Estrellas Del Amor, and buy that DVD/CD package that includes 5 songs on the CD that you will never ever hear on any other Bassey Package, plus you get 6 live concert songs on the DVD, as well as a bunch of songs from Demis Roussos and Matt Monro.

I hope this is helpful to all the fans that Love Shirley Bassey as much as I do, and I certainly hope Universal Music gets their act together. The Super Estrellas Del Amor should be in the top 100 on Amazon, not at 514,000! I did not even know they had 514,000 titles. I am impressed.

This is a stunning concert from Ms Bassey!!!!! I don't know WHAT some of those other reviewers were watching! The DVD that i watched is Fantastic!! Shirley is IN GREAT VOICE!!!!! A singer\actress with her singing! very dramatic! alot of other singers can learn something from her! This concert gave me chills! If you love Shirley Bassey i highly recommend this DVD!!!

This is classic Bassey and don't believe anyone who says otherwise. Balletboy - interesting comments about her voice in this concert. The BBC special with the hydraulic lift was actually 8 years AFTER this DVD so you can rest assured, her voice is not gone. Having just seen her perform live in June 2006 at Wembley Arena, she's better than ever now.

I like the Standing room only DVD, but for $16.98, I was able to buy a DVD with Shirley Bassey performing 6 of her hits live, plus a CD, and I also got songs from Demis Roussos and Matt Monro. Was the quality of the Standing Room Only better. I would say yes, because it is newer, but her red gown, and black gown sparkled all the same on the Super Estrellas Del Amor DVD/CD. If I had to pick between the two, I would probably buy the Super Estrellas Del Amor, but if you have the extra $17.00, buy them both. We can never have enough Shirley Bassey!

I am so glad I ignored those bad reviews and purchased this DVD. Shirley Bassey delivers a stunning performance. I own several "live" concerts and this one is up there with my best (Elvis' Aloha From Hawaii, Diana Ross At Caesars Palace, Tony Bennett At Prince Edeward Theatre, Barbra Streisand At The Arrowhead Pond, Tina Turner In Rio De Janeiro, Patti LaBelle In New York, etc). If you are a Shirley Bassey fan, you must have this DVD. If you want a DVD that will be enjoyed over and over again, buy this one.

this is a dream dvd.to have miss BASSEY in concert ,it is a dream.run & get it!!!!!!!!!!! DIVINE AS ALWAYS.

I don't know what some of the reviewers expected DAME SHIRLEY to do,
Somersaults? Stand on her head?
I agree that this performance as shown on this DVD does not show her at her greatest, but I honestly believe that the fault lies with the production, where is the fabulous entrance that I have witnessed in the eight of her live performances that I have attended?
Her entrances alone are experiences worth the price of the admission.
The audience goes wild,just being part of that adoring and screaming audience is part of that overall experience!
Also I suspect that the editing was quite poor.
And perhaps the venue has something to do with the results, although as I said I have attended eight of her concerts, they all had been in theaters,the first being at Carnegie Hall and the last at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, never in a night club setting.
Anyway, I love Shirley and even if now at 72, she were to give a concert
just mouthing the words to her greatest songs, I will be the first on that line.
BRAVO, DAME SHIRLEY!!

If you haven't seen Shirley "live",then this is the next best thing,though it doesn't do her justice.To hear and see her in person is an experience one doesn't forget.She is electrifying,gives you goose bumps,makes your skin crawl.Men go wild.She is an entertainer to be dealt with.She is the "DIVA".

A good DVD to have to represent the middle stage of her career. For Shirley Bassey fans, it's interesting to see the development of her stage presentation between, for example, A Special Lady and the later one, Diamonds Forever. Each of these DVDs has a different selection of her songs - another good reason for having this one. Her singing is every bit as forceful and impressive as you would expect of Bassey. Really a special lady!

To me this was the best concert DVD I had ever seen, practically
knocking my socks off. I had seen the much publicised concert of Ms. Streisand in Las Vegas, but it paled compared to this one. Indeed, Dame Shirley is a singing phenomenon outlasting the celebrated female pop singers of the past with a successful career
spanning over half a century; this DVD is a thrilling tribute and testament to her unique talent and vocal power which have regaled millions of people around the world, including myself.
Dame Shirley Bassey, BRAVO!
