...in short, this is not such a gentle shampoo, especially since it contains sodium laureth sulfate. It is pretty much an average shampoo, comparable to what you buy in the shops for $7-10, so don't spend more on this one. With the conditioner, it makes my damaged, frequently dyed, and dry hair feel a lot healthier and softer. It's not the best product but it certainly improved my hair.

It is not so effective as it was supposed to be. Just like regular shampoo in the supermarket which can be bought in a much lower price.
