I went to Japan and saw this in all the drugstores - I borrowed a roommate's bottle and was hooked! I immediately bought the whole set(marked shampoo, conditioner, and treatment in English, very helpfully).

They smell wonderful and make your hair shine like nothing else! Even my husband notices. My only disappointment is that it costs so much here. Hopefully Shiseido will start making it available locally, but I don't have my hopes up.

I've recently moved to a much drier climate and my hair had turned into something that looked like a pile of straw sticking out all over my head. I tried a bunch of different shampoos/conditioners and a variety of "treatments" - none of them worked very well and it what was on my head wasn't pretty. I ordered this and the conditioner a little while ago and am extremely pleased. My hair (which is fairly thick and long)is now soft, very silky and not at all straw like it its appearance. This does make my hair have a lot less body than it did before, so I'm not sure it would work for those that already have fairly flat hair. I'm also not very keen on the smell - I can't identify it, but it's almost a bit chemically.

Overall, this shampoo and conditioner has done wonders for my hair. The company that shipped it also shipped very quickly. I highly recommend it.

When I went to Japan, I saw the commercials for it. My mother was freaking out about the flower used in the shampoo and thought it was really exciting. I kind of thought so too, so I went out and bought the shampoo and conditioner. AND I LOVE IT!!

My hair improved in texture a lot. I really wish they did sell it in the states because it's good stuff and I'm sure many people would enjoy it here. Shiseido is such a good brand.

No complaints other than it's not in retail stores in the area. Not even in Korean markets.
