I went to Japan and saw this in all the drugstores - I borrowed a roommate's bottle and was hooked! I immediately bought the whole set(marked shampoo, conditioner, and treatment in English, very helpfully).

They smell wonderful and make your hair shine like nothing else! Even my husband notices. My only disappointment is that it costs so much here. Hopefully Shiseido will start making it available locally, but I don't have my hopes up.

I've recently moved to a much drier climate and my hair had turned into something that looked like a pile of straw sticking out all over my head. I tried a bunch of different shampoos/conditioners and a variety of "treatments" - none of them worked very well and it what was on my head wasn't pretty. I ordered this and the conditioner a little while ago and am extremely pleased. My hair (which is fairly thick and long)is now soft, very silky and not at all straw like it its appearance. This does make my hair have a lot less body than it did before, so I'm not sure it would work for those that already have fairly flat hair. I'm also not very keen on the smell - I can't identify it, but it's almost a bit chemically.

Overall, this shampoo and conditioner has done wonders for my hair. The company that shipped it also shipped very quickly. I highly recommend it.

When I went to Japan, I saw the commercials for it. My mother was freaking out about the flower used in the shampoo and thought it was really exciting. I kind of thought so too, so I went out and bought the shampoo and conditioner. AND I LOVE IT!!

My hair improved in texture a lot. I really wish they did sell it in the states because it's good stuff and I'm sure many people would enjoy it here. Shiseido is such a good brand.

No complaints other than it's not in retail stores in the area. Not even in Korean markets.

I gave the shampoo and conditioner as a gift. The young lady is really enjoying it. She says it smells like perfume.

this is the best shampoo/conditioner ever. i used this for few weeks and my sister notice that my hair shiny and i have a long hair so, it makes more looks shine with my auburn color hair and highlights. expensive but its worth it. you can find this in 168 market. i suggest all to used this if you want your hair beautiful.

I'm a seventeen year old asian girl. My hair is thick, long, dry, and dull. I bought the shampoo and conditioner with high hopes.

I thought I would give this brand a try since Dove, Panteen, Herbal Essence just doesn't work for my hair. And I figured, an asian hair brand should work for my asian hair.

They did work. I could visibly tell my hair was in fact shinner than it had been and my hair felt different too. I am only slightly unsatisfied because it just didn't work as well as I had hoped. I could tell my hair had more shine but other people couldn't really notice. Hopefully with this new shampoo/conditioner and the coconut oil I'm using, my hair will improve!

I would recommend to buy this product. Maybe buy the version that has less in it, so that it is cheaper and then see if it works well with your hair.

I tried this conditioner ONCE at my friend's place in Japan, after I got back into the states, I HAD to get it. Of course, it wasn't available in America until I found it on Amazon. Your hair feels very light, clean, and has body to it. I haven't been able to find a shampoo that doesn't wear my hair down until i used this one! Worth every penny!

my friend recommended this. but we didn't like it as much as we loved Kanebo Sala conditioner (but these are discontinued). this has not much fragrance as I wanted. and my 13 years old son gets dandruff after using this. so i recommend this to adult and who doesn't want fragrance.

this shampoo is excellent for thick hair--it also has a very floral but pleasant scent. i use both the shampoo and the conditioner on a daily basis, and my hair definitely feels silkier and smoother. lovely!

I bought the shampoo/conditioner together. My hair is very coarse but after one wash, my hair came out so soft and bouncy. I was they would make a body wash to go with it.
