that after boiling and inserting in your mouth and having your gums burn that while you bite down you push in towards your front teeth with your fingers so that part doesnt make your front lips stick out or else you may bust your lip when sparring.

Overall this appears to be a nice product, but the pacakaging on the youth guard I purchased stated for youth under 10yrs of age. I did not see that in the product description when I purchased it. It also looked smaller then I expected to I did return it as my son is 11.

I have used cheaper mouth guards in the past. My son chews the less expensive, cheaper brands up like nothing, so I have to buy one every couple months.

I did my research on this and it seemed people were happy with it, and its quality.

I bought 2 one for my son and one for my daughter. They molded easy enough to the mouth following the instructions and so far I have not seen any chew marks or anything on the guard. So far I am happy with the product and would recommend this to other parents.
