Normally I wear the "old school" strap supporter w/ cup. But these shorts have the elastic "X" inside so your getting the same support as a traditional supporter, but with the look, and comfort of compression shorts. I highly recomend these to anyone who participates in any fighting sport.

I have very thick legs and these are baggy on my thighs. Waist fits fine. Otherwise a solid well-built product.

The compression shorts have a nice durable construction they feel a little heavy but you forget about that pretty quickly. They stay put once you have then on, they do seem a little long though but it doesn't bother me. The cup is also solid and fits well once you get it adjusted it will stay that way. This is the first cup I've had in this style and its much better than a jock strap. I'll never go back, the comfort with these is amazing.
