These Punching Mitts (sold in PAIRS) are made from synthetic leather. They are 10'' long| 7.5'' wide and 2'' thick for extra shock absorbing. Easy closing with Velcro wrist strap. Very strong and well made.

This is for a pair (2) focus mitts. The current stock does not ALL have a white spot in the center of the striking area.

I use to take boxing classes for fitness but I can't really afford regular classes anymore. So I bought these and my husband puts them on so I can punch him at home. These are great. Easy to wear and they really absorb hits well. I have had these for a long time already and they are not showing any signs of wear and tear. I like the white dot in the middle for a focal point too.
