This is a one-of-a-kind book, as it combines the author's expertise, research, as well as revelation of spiritual matters. It is much needed in our world today as it helps expose the evil that has invaded the lives of Christians, and even found its way into the church itself. Many have allowed it because of ignorance, but ignorance is not bliss, and ignorance is no excuse. Dr. Rallo writes with humor & seriousness as he addresses this subject, pulling back the covers to reveal the metaphysical mysteries beneath the surface of the martial arts and yoga. He shows that what we don't know and can't see, can indeed hurt us. I highly recommend this book, especially for pastors and leaders in the church and concerned parents, or for anyone who really wants to know the truth about these activities and what they are rooted in.
