The good reviews of this book have to be bogus. I agree with the review before mine- this is the worst book I have ever owned. It makes me angry that I bought it based on 4 positive reviews before the accurate review was here. The information presented in this book could have been relayed on one page. The same information is presented chapter after chapter. The same sentences and/or paragraphs are repeated over and over. The grammar is awful and proof-reading seems to have been absent. It was my duty to fellow mankind to write this review.

I bought this book for my sister. She started losing hair at 21. WOW what a difference this book made! There was so much info in here that helped her slow down and even reverse the process! Must buy!

Ever since my wife turned 47, she has been slowly losing her hair. She has tried numerous remedies, drugs, and vitamins but none of them have ever worked. I found this book at the recommendation of a friend and it has been a godsend. This book gave my wife a selection of the right vitamins to take along with useful exercises that can slow and reverse hair loss. Since following the recommendations in this book, my wife has noticed a complete stop to her hair loss. She hasn't gotten any more thin patches in her hair for over a year now since she started using the tips in this book and many have filled back in. My wife and I really appreciated the easy to understand manner in which the author organized the book. The layout and writing style in the book made it very easy to follow. Thanks to the author, my wife's hair loss has ceased and we are both much happier as a result. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to stop female hair loss. The book just works! A+

My mom suffers from female hair loss and is quite embarrassed by it. The problem is; she doesn't like to take pills or use harsh chemicals. So she was delighted to read James' book and discover lots of good exercises along with a nice list of vitamins and foods that stimulate hair growth.

For those who purchased the book after December 2010, I owe each and everyone of you an apology. I should have written this review when I got the book. This book was a HUGE waste of money. I purchased the book based on previous reviews. Those reviews must have been written by the writer or friends of the writer who have hair. The person who composed this book is not an authentic author. The grammar and information is so lacking in basics that I am surprised that the person used his real name. This is obviously a self-published worse case scenario. I did not realize that the standards were so low. The size of the letters have been increased to take up more space. What a cheap trip! DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK!! Based on what my doctor told me, the suggested exercises in the book will cause friction to your hair and actually worsen your hair loss. What a scam this guy is running. The ideas are nothing new. Spend some time on the internet and retrieve your information there.

So very disapointed! If you've done research on the internet regarding hair loss, don't waste your money, there is a good chance you already have the information provided in the book(let).

This book is very interesting and knowledgeable. It explains about what some reasons are for hair loss in females and how to cure them by eating the right food and vitamins. You'll learn enough to cure your hair naturally and won't have to take medicines that have side effects to stop hair loss or bring back your hair. Learn exercises that not only keep your hair healthy but also keep your mind feel fresh. The book is written in a simple tone that anyone can read and follow easily.

If you like to read a book that has complete sentences, good grammar, documented facts, no misspellings, and no repetition after repetition then DON'T buy this book. I can't believe this book was ever published. To have something so poorly written (spell check, come on!!) makes me believe this guy is no authority on hair loss (definitely no grammar knowledge). I realize I was buying a book about hair loss, not an English grammar book, but I couldn't even read it - most of the sentences didn't even make sense! And chapter after chapter of the exact same information. Don't waste your money!
