The organizer is designed to hang on the door with two hooks, and stabilized by 4 pieces of velcro tapes stick to the door at the middle and bottom.

Pro: big capacity. I was able to take most of my shoes out of storage. No more shoe searching in shoe boxes. I have filled in 75% of the pockets, and it seems holding up well. But my shoes are of smaller size (5.5), thus relatively lighter.

Con: suboptimal design, flimsy materials.
1. the two hooks are designed for much thicker doors. Even though my door is of standard thickness, I still have 1/4 inch gap between the door and one side of the hooks. I may cut two pieces of eraser to fill in this gap.
2. the hooks only have 1" on the back side of the door (suppose the organizer is hanging the front side). Another hanging on the door shoe organizer I got from walmart has 2" on the back side of the door, which make the walmart organizer much more stable.
3. The door velcro tapes are attached to the door by some glue/double-sided tape. When I adjust these piece, some paint came of with it. In hindsight, I should have used tags instead of these velcro pieces. I'd rather have barely noticable holes on the door than peeled of paint.
4. Small pockets: each pocket is almost 8" long, 3.5" high, and 7" wide. My flats can fit in the pockets fine, but sneakers and clogs need some effort. I also have to alternate the flat shoes and clogs/sneakers in the pockets for easier retrieval and insertion. I don't like the heels dangling outside the pocket. It makes the shoes below them difficult to access. I managed to put them sideways, but I don't think this solution will work for longer shoes. I personally think shoes of larger sizes are going to have a difficult time fitting inside these pockets, not impossibly though. I don't know how an earlier reviewer fit >1 pairs inside one pocket, maybe flipflops.
5. Except a 1/2" wide cardboard/plastic like material at the entrance of the pocket, there is almost no support at the bottom of each pocket, just a piece of cloth as divider. That is how my bulkier shoes fit into the pocket more easily when taking spaces from neighboring flats.

The material is flimsy, and the workmanship is rough. I am not sure how long it will last, but to be fair, the quality is more inline with 'get what you paid for'.

Overall, the organizer is a good idea to store shoes, but it can be a much better product. It is easier for small shoes, but workable for larger shoes if frequent retrieval and insertion is not needed.

Got this for my wife's closet door to try to solve the problem of the dog raiding the closet, picking out and eating her best shoes. It works well for shoes with low heels but is not good for heels. The pockets are shorter than the shoes so the heels hang down over the shoes below them. Annoying. The pockets are also too small to hold pairs of 'substantial' footwear such as clogs, boots etc unless you are happy with one shoe per pocket.
The shoe holder has gone on the back of the door which opens inwards against a wall. The holder allows the door to open about 2/3rds of the way. Not ideal but useable.
Shoes with heels have gone on a wall mounted plastic and metal shoe rack.
Now that the shoes are off the floor no more have become chew toys .... yet. So it has been an ideal solution for us.

I've had this product for a couple of months now and its really an ideal organizer. It doesn't take up that much room, it holds way more shoes than any other organizers that I've tried, its clear so that you can actually see your shoes, and the slots are pretty large so you can even put more than one pair in them. I had some doubts about the plastic construction, but its held up really well and seems to have a lot of reinforcements.
