This product does not accomplish anything that it advertises and is not at all the product they show in the ad! The bottom is flimsy plastic so when you want to push it back under the bed all the shoes inside pile up inside, get out of order, and won't go back under the bed- very hard to slide in and out. The flimsy plastic seperators don't connect to the bottom so all your shoes slide underneath the dividers and become unorganized. The handle and zipper broke within the first day of use.A terrible waste of money and extremely hard to return. Don't buy these- You will most definitely be disappointed!

This product is such a rip off!!! Like the other reviewers state, the material is flimsy and does not hold the shoes in tact like the advertisement states. The product is not even sown together properly. Therefore, the shoes are still all over the place! You may as well hold your shoes in a plastic bag! To make matters worse, I ordered this product online and the customer service is pathetic. I was overcharged and was told that I would not be able to get my money back. PLEASEEEEEEEE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS TRASH!!!

These are the most horrible things in the world. They weren't even worth returning, (especially with the phone service) so I threw them away. It looks like it is made of hard material to separate the shoes, but it is soft and flimsy and a waste of money. Don't buy.

My parents bought me this product on a whim when they saw it in the store. When I got it I said the box seemed a lot smaller and lighter than I expected. Taking it out of the box confirmed that if I had ordered it online and paid shipping on it that I would have been beyond disappointed. The bottom, sides and dividers are made of a very flimsy material. If the bottom and dividers were solid (even just cardboard) and/or the dividers connected to the bottom of the mesh 'box' it would improve the product. The only benefit of the soft dividers is that if you have a larger pair of shoes, such as boots, you can lay them across two compartments. But that doesn't make up for the overall shoddiness of the product. Mine is basically crammed full of sandals that I had in bags anyway. I wouldn't bother with it for other shoes. You can definitely find better.

Let me just start this out by telling you I am an idiot. I usually research things before I buy and I did research this and found horrible reviews. However, as I am strapped for cash right now and desperate to find a solution to my shoe storage problem, I shelled out money for this, not finding anything in the same price range.

DO NOT BUY. Please, I didn't listen to everyone else because I figured if they got this to market and as well-advertised as they did, at had to at least be a little okay. IT'S NOT. I honestly can't believe that any company bought this (Bed, Bath, you know who I'm talking about!) and I cannot believe they can get away with selling it.

It is just as flimsy as everyone says it is. I had to reinforce the bottom with cardboard AND THEN HAD TO SEW THE CARDBOARD TO THE BOTTOM. Yep, that's right. And it still isn't satisfactory. Buy a vinyl sweater bag and sew cardboard to that - it's the same thing.

UPDATE 7/30/09 - I had bought four of these things and only opened three. I just opened the fourth today and the dividers on this particular one (NOT the other three) WERE sewn to the bottom! What are the odds??? I also just noticed that they are supposed to have two handles on the outside and one of them only has ONE handle. The handle thing itself is not a big deal, but can you say QUALITY CONTROL??? I am so mad that I went to all that work to reinforce the bottoms of the other three when they are apparently SUPPOSED to be sewn to the bottom and I was unfortunate enough to get three faulty ones and especially after all that work!. Yes, it does work quite a bit better this way, but I still can't recommend it - the fabric is paper-thin and in no way sturdy like the ads show, no quality control whatsoever makes me mad enough. Completely false advertising.

All the reviews are absolutely true! I cannot believe this crap is still being advertised! They'd like to make you believe that the item is hard shell - it is not, just boxes made out of fabric! Please do not buy!!!

My experience ordering online:

I started to fill out the on-line order form, but there was no "Order Summary" page. I became suspicious and closed the window to quit, at which time I was informed that "my order had been processed." There was no order confirmation page to print out and no e-mail confirmation. There is no return policy information or customer service number on their home page.

That night a man called to ask me how many I had ordered. I told him NONE and that I had researched the product on the internet after my experience with their website, read about what horrible product it was and what a scam the website is, and that I would not be paying a cent. He hung up on me.

A week or so later here come the products in the mail. I wrote RETURN TO SENDER on the box and handed it right back to the postman. (After talking to the credit card people to dispute the charges, I now know that I should have asked for a receipt from the postman but it never occurred to me and he didn't offer.)

The charges appeared on my credit card. After much internet research I was finally able to come up with a customer service number. I called and the woman said "she would check with the warehouse" to see if the product had been returned. Last I ever heard from them.

If you research online (wish I had!) you will find pages of complaints about this terrible product and their very misleading website. Many people have disputed the charges or reported them to law enforcement.

Crappy customer service!!! I would not recommend that you deal with this company. This is a classic example of false advertisement. My order was wrong, but I couldn't not get in touch with anyone from customer service. My credit card was billed even though I tried countless times to cancel my order. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, save time, money, and avoid frustration by NOT ordering from this company. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I just love the price and the shoe storage. I gave 3 stars because I thought it was sturdy on the bottom but it was not. I always buy almost everything at Amazon and dont want to return it. I still use it at home but I placed a hard cardbord on the bottom to keep it in place.

Do not waste your hard-earned money on this item!!! The sides of the box will not stand up without shoes inside of the box to provide support. The zipper separates every time it is used. The dividers between the shoe compartments are made of flimsy material and are not even attached to the bottom of the box. This is a really poor quality item, I was very disappointed!!
