DO NOT BUY THESE-THEY ARE NOT WHAT IS REPRESENTED IN THEIR ADS!
I purchased the Shoes Under and even upgraded to the deluxe version thinking I would get a more sturdy product based on what I saw in their ads. What I received was anything but sturdy. They are little more than flimsy cloth bags with flimsy thin cloth separators and a clear plastic zipper top. They do not keep their shape nor do the separators stay in place. They grossly misrepresent their product. In the ad it appears to be lined with some type of support-perhaps cardboard framing and separator inserts or something of that nature that give them the appearance of holding a nice rectangular shape.
What I received looks nothing like what I saw on their "infomercial" and their website.
Needless to say, I am returning them for a full refund.
actually the rating should be zero stars but it wouldn't let me skip that part.

The product has no hard dividers or hard sides and bottom that helps keep its shape or to help keep shoes in their place. Heels will not fit unless you remove the cloth dividers which the size is then reduced to holding 6 instead of 12. You can not easily slide this under the bed. Shoes also can move under the cloth dividers. This is NOT at all what I expected. I will be sending it back.

My review won't be much different then others I have read. I purchased mine at Bed Bath and Beyond. The commercial represents it being pulled and pushed like a sturdy box... keeping its shape. Everytime I pull it from under my bed I have to rearrange all of the shoes because it literally is a rectangular flimsy bag with a thin flap separating each pair of shoes. I could have returned it but since it only cost me 8 bucks after my coupon, I figured I would keep it until I find a replacement. But have decided to warn others who are looking for a sturdy item.

So with that being said: If you want a rectangular bag that turns into a "U" shape when you pull the handle this is fine, however if you want the item you see in the infomercials... This is not for you!
