This book is packed full of good recipes and good ideas, and the tips on stocking your vegan kitchen could be vey helpful for those who are not already master chefs (or simply not used to cooking vegan well and efficiently). The People's Potato Collective's cooking experience and passion for feeding people good (and nutritious, and ethical) food really show in this cookbook, and come together to make it an invaluable resource for anyone interested in vegan cooking.
The binding is also really awesome- more useful in the kitchen than you might expect. It helps the pages to lay flat on your counter so you have both hands free to recreate these recipes in all their portentially messy glory.

I love this cook book because in addition to good recipes it is also fun to read. As I type this there is one copy available in new & used for over $200. I highly recommend you don't pay that much. Try Food Fight! Grocery's website where you can get it for its normal price of $13.(plus shipping) Or wait till Amazon gets more copies in. Amazon sells it for $13/copy when they have it. Enjoy!
