too restrictive,

COMPLETE BS! You basically have to make it tight so there is enough pressure to keep your elbow in, but tightening it causes resistance to your shot (screws up shot).
If you have an iPhone or iPod touch, save your money and download Shooter Tutor ([...]). It does the same thing as Shooting Buddy, but without using resistance. And it's free.
