A lot of men and their partners wish they were able to prolong their passionate sexual encounters, vigorously thrusting in rambunctious intercourse for an hour or more. However, most men are incapable of such an impressive sexual marathon and many come to orgasm quite rapidly and, at times , unexpectedly. This early and abrupt ejaculation is often a source of profound dissapointment to the men and their partners, often resulting in damage to the relationship and to the more fragile male egos, In fact, the lack of ejaculatory control, or premature ejaculation, has been 'officially' labeled as a sexual dysfunction and is the number one sexual complaint among men under the age of 50. To understand this concern we should begin with the questions, "What is premature ejaculation?" and "Just how fast is too fast?"
