I bought a used copy of this book because I read it years ago and want to again. Not only does it explore the professional tennis tour at a time when the sport was peaking in popularity in the U.S., it's beyond witty and funny in the insights and personalities shared by author Michael Mewshaw. If you've been playing tennis most of your life or are even familiar with the players from America's heyday with the game, this is a great book to get you to that next later underneath.
