BRUTAL NOISECORE !!!!!!!, March 27, 2005
This review is from: Short Sharp Shock (Audio CD)
And one of the best from these pioneers of the style ! Unlike
present records of this syle, this one is mixed a la old school, that is bass, drums and vocals predominate in the mix, opposite to guitars burying everything else. The sound is
unbelievably good for a record dated mid 80's,and in spite
of clocking in at 27 minutes-8 and a half of which being the
last track ¨Farmyard Stomp¨,a crappy studio noise jam
inteded as more of a filler than a real song-this record is
guaranteed to peel the paint off your ceiling and well worth
the money for the first 8 tracks.Try ¨Detention Centre¨for a sample
