This product was recommended by my Acupuncturist. It is a perfect tonic for energizing the body. 2 tablespoons a day, preferably on an empty stomach (beginning of day and early afternoon). Also, important to drink with warm water - aids in assimilation.While you can find this product at a number of sources, this is the only one I have found that is alcohol free. Also, this Company has great customer service. Prompt shipments and follow through. Highly recommend.

This product was recommended to me by my hair stylist to regrow damaged hair. I'm on my second bottle now, but I'm not sure if it's making any difference yet. I have noticed that I have more energy; I don't need my usual afternoon coffee. I think it helps with appetite too because I don't get very hungry since I've been drinking it.
