The Inferno Wrap™ is designed to treat mature injuries (2-3 weeks old) and should not be used in the first 24-48 hours after a fresh trauma or substantial re-injury to the area when there still may be bleeding in the deep tissue. In the first 48 hours after injury or significant re-injury apply frequent R.I.C.E. (Rest, Ice, Compression & Elevation) treatments with a cold compression wrap only.
Directions
To get the most from your Inferno Wrap™, use the device 2-4 times per day, for up to 60 minutes at a time whenever possible. Begin your treatment on High (3) and decrease the intensity to your comfort level as needed.

I bought this wrap and used it twice. It's like having a heat pad wrapped around your shoulder nothing else. Buy yourself a heat pad for 30 dollaras and wrap it around your shoulder with some tape. Youll get the same results.
