Do not waste a penny on this. All this information can be found on google. Truly not what I expected. I purchased this based on the other review. Perhaps I am missing "the valuable "information. Perhaps my kindle is holding it for ransom. Not sure... I would rather save my dollar for the dollar menu at McDonalds... Just a suggestion.

Why bother to publish this without illustrations? An anatomy discussion or exercise instructions are worthless without essential visuals. Too bad, it might have been valuable but it certainly isn't without a necessary visual compenent.
