This book features a lot of floor exercises, chair, and standing exercises using YOUR body as weights. (some directions suggest using weights for more intensity). Some directions are complicated to follow, but once memorized, you are ok.

Basic floor exercises such as push-ups are modified to harder work your muscles and strengthen your chest.

The first chapter covers major muscles and the charts are very easy to look at. A bonus from doing the exercises? Strong abdominal muscles that has you straight and tall as you sit, stand, and walk.
