I know this band changed style drastically with the addition of their new vocalist, but honestly when the change is this good it's hard to complain...with that said Amoral is no longer a melodic death metal band, rather they follow a more mainstream metal...in the vein of Avenged Sevenfold, or Trivium...there's even a bit of Pantera thrown in here and there...everything is performed perfect, the songs are strong and memorable with enough variety to keep you interested throughout the duration of the album....The new vocalist is a great addition, easily hitting the soaring high notes, and having a gritty edge on the more attacking numbers...don't be turned away by the fact that this is the same guy that won the finnish version of american idol not so long ago...the guy can really sing, and fits in great with this style of metal...overall a great album if you enjoy the above mentioned bands, or are searching for the next band to carry the torch for the old greats....
