Exactly what we do need by Moon Mullican, June 10, 2000

I can't say enough about this CD - it is excellent and is the first time ever that many of these songs appear on CD.Some of these,including the excellent blues "Let me rock you baby" and the bluesy ballad "I didn't think you'd ever leave me" were released here for the first time ever.This CD contains blues,country-blues,gospel, country,honky tonk,Western swing and Cajun styles and is a must for all fans of Moon Mullican and country music in general.For those already not familiar with Moon's material,this is also an ideal intro.Moon's vocal versatility is well demonstrated here - from gentle ballads to tough blues with every stop in between.This has been the first Major Moon CD issue in a long time and it is a good one.This one should be in everyone's collection.
