This volume have tons of stories about love and was made mainly for teenagers girls. The art is great, and have notorious names in it, like Romita senior. The stories are very simple, naive, and with happy endings. Remenber the date: 50's and early 60's. It's a period piece. Greetings from Peru.

One of the other reviewers suggests this book contains stories from the 1950s and 1960s. The stories from the '50s probably would have been more fun, but this book collects Young Love #39-56, published in 1963-66. Not a Fifties story in the bunch. Other than for historical interest, this book's appeal is largely for fans of the prominent artists: John Romita Sr., Don Heck, Bernard Sachs and a bit of Gene Colan. Anyone looking to 1960s comic books as a guide to dating life is advised to try Archie comics instead. At least they make dating look like fun!

I did not know it would be in black and white. This should be made clear. Other than that, it is what I expected.

Be aware that you might receive a book with a different cover from that shown. I did. Also, as others have pointed out, everything is in black and white. I wanted comics, not a coloring book!
