The 45mm Showgirl Chrome Sport Pole replaces the Kendra Sport Pole. The contract X-Pole had with Kendra Wilkinson expired but this is the same pole without Kendra's name on it. This bottom loading dance pole is easy to install. No ladder needed to install or remove this portable dance pole. The Showgirl Sport Version Does NOT Spin but allows for advanced spin moves with ease.
The X-Pole Sport is a stationary, bottom-loading pole featuring the revolutionary X-Joint. With the X-Pole Sport's unique adjuster system, you can expand and fully lock the pole in position without ever leaving the ground. The X-Pole Showgirl contains all the parts needed for ceiling heights of 7ft 4in to 9ft. It is offered in 50mm (2in) diameter and in the Chrome finish.
Base Plate - 9in diameter Main Pole A (bottom pole) with attached height adjuster rod and locking nut Foam adjuster rod cover - Covers threads so you won't scrape arms or legs Main Pole B (top pole) - Only the Main Pole A and Main Pole B are needed for ceiling heights of 7ft 4in - 7ft 9in 125mm (5in) extension - Attach this extension for ceiling heights 7ft 9in - 8ft 2in 250mm (10in) extension - Attach this extension for ceiling heights of 8ft 2in - 8ft 7in Combine both the 125mm with the 250mm for ceiling heights of 8ft 6in - 9ft 1x 180mm (7in) X-Joint - Comes attached to the125mm extension and used with the smallest extensions that are closest to the ceiling 2x 200mm (8in) X-Joints - Used to connect all larger pole pieces Upper Support Plate.

I bought this to help me get back into shape after having my baby. It was easy to install. A great way to burn calories and helped me build up a fit and defined shape. I am not super strong so at first it seemed hard but I bought some beginner videos and spent 20 minutes a day on it. I got my body back, my husband loves watching me exercise and I just bought a box set of instructional videos. Move over Kendra...here I come.

I could have killed the UPS man he took FOREVER to deliver my pole. I ordered it on the 20th and it arrived the 26th. I know, not that long, but I REALLY wanted it. Anyways Set Up was a little difficult. I almost stripped two hex screws trying to get the loose. According to the instructions you turn this way to loosen and that way to tighten....Well they were wrong. Giving up I went to to You Tube. (My go to for everything) They had instructional videos by X-Pole people on how to set up the pole. DO NOT follow the instructions on paper. Go to youtube.com and save yourself some time. My ceiling is 7'9" and it said to just use to the two big pole pcs. If you can see at the bottom of the display picture there is a little screw pc she is tightening. That pc actually shows at the bottom of the pole depending on how far up you have to twist the pole to tighten it against the ceiling... included was a pc of white styrofoam/foam that you cut depending on how much you need to hide that... I know, no bueno. I added the small adjuster and only had to use about an inch of it vs like 6". The pole itself is great. My husband is about 200lbs and I made him spin on it before I did. I love it and with help from StudioVeena.com I'm good to go!!!!

I just received this pole and I absolutely love it. I almost didn't believe the other reviews that stated just how sturdy this pole is. A little complicated to put together at first but once you figure it out it's easy. I'm new to pole dancing (for fitness) and I will admit it is much harder than it looks. I haven't been able to do any complicated tricks but the pole easily withstood my many very sloppy attempts to get to the top. I highly recommend this pole :)

make sure you use the key!

Answer: 2 (LOL)... I admit, women can be do-it-yourself challenged at times, but with the youtube instructions, we were able to get it up in about ohhhh... hmmm, 3 hours lol.... Read more
