Buried under the negative press of one of history's most unintentionally comedic films is a heck of a good soundtrack. Worth the price of admission simply for Killing Joke's otherwise unavailable (for now) "Hollywood Babylon" and Toni Halliday's abortive post-Curve Scylla's "Helen's Face".

The Siouxsie, Bowie and Prick tracks are simply a bonus.

Any other possible throwaways on this CD are far, far outweighed by these solid home runs. Pick one up for yourself.

I would highly recommend this soundtrack to anybody who is a fan of the 'showgirls' movie. All the tracks are enjoyable to listen to and they are very much in tone with the movie's theme. Unfortunately the soundtrack does not contain the full score. However one will not be disappointed.

There are no soft numbers with the exception of 'walk in to the wind' The track credits are listed in the inside cover. For a audio cassette the sound quality's clarity is very good.

Just having the hard to get Showgirls "Goddess Theme" is worth it. Andrew Carvers walk into the wind is hilarious as well. Nice Siouxsie song. My only complaint it the absence of the Prince song. Nomi's stripping song and "Pop Goes the zipper" Otherwise a great purchase since its hard to find the individual songs on the net.

I would have liked to have had a more complete score and less of the pop tracks

Sexy CD, but most of the songs I have never heard before or since, except in the movie. Music is a little ecclectic. Bought the CD for the song she did the lap dance to for the couple. Very hot! Good music for strippers...

I watched this movie a long time ago and have enjoyed it ever since. It may not be for everyone unless you enjoy vegas, girls, nudity and strippers! This is actually one of my personal top favorites. It is a crazy movie and I love the actors and actresses in this flick. They truly caught a glimpse into that life style. I like weird movies though soooo thats just me. The directors are awesome, I have watched other films by them and enjoyed them much. I could watch this a hundred time maybe more. I own it now in my movie collection. So go buy it already or rent it if your not sure. I simply <3 it!

I really love this movie, and I really love the soundtrack. There are a lot of great tracks. It sounds really good.
