5.0 out of 5 stars wonderful true-color examples of color combinations
I've owned this book for several years and constantly use it as a resource for color combinations for my wardrobe. I've been amazed at the combinations that I now use that I never would have before. Just seeing the color chip combinations has given me incredible confidence to experiment without worrying about looking like a clown. I've had more than a few people...

I've owned this book for several years and constantly use it as a resource for color combinations for my wardrobe. I've been amazed at the combinations that I now use that I never would have before. Just seeing the color chip combinations has given me incredible confidence to experiment without worrying about looking like a clown. I've had more than a few people tell me that they never would have guessed that some of the color combinations I wear could be so attractive together. I highly recommend this book!

I have owned this book for over 10 years and I have found the book helpful in regards to color combination. If you want fashion help try another book but if you want help in color combining I found this book extremely helpful.

5.0 out of 5 stars useful, July 29, 2009
This review is from: Showing Your Colors: A Designer's Guide to Coordinating Your Wardrobe (Paperback)
this book explains use of color very well. even for a guy! while some of her comments sounds dated (grey and yellow is cool now), it is well done. I just wished there were more color with up dated names.
