So much more going on than what is happening in ANY of the fields this band happens to touch upon: metal (NEUROSIS' bass player is on this!), postpunk, pop, laurie anderson-esque commentary and innovation, and with trippy yet sharp lyrics...!complex music masquerading as futurist art-pop. Don't make the mistake of lumping them in with.. uh- anyone. five stars.

I just picked this record up, and it's great ! It's more new wave than sender/reciever...it actually reminded of a prettier, catchier adult....ooh, I have nothing else to say...
