Product Description
A clear, urethane-fortified acrylic sealer developed to provide a high-gloss premium finish to painted, stained, or bare concrete. It is durable, long-wearing, scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, and it extends paint life to interior and exterior floors and garage floors. It also protects against moisture damage and enhances the natural color of brick, slate, stone, exposed aggregate, saltillo, clay pavers, and stamped concrete. New concrete must have cured for a minimum of 30 days. Freshly painted surfaces must have cured for a minimum of 72 hours. Apply in light, even coats with a solvent resist roller (1/4" nap on smooth surfaces or 3/8" nap for rough surfaces) or pump sprayer set at a fine spray. Covers approximately 150 to 500 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on surface porosity. May add anti-skid additive to reduce slips. Dries in 2 hours and will accept vehicle traffic in 72 hours. Clean with soap and water.

I gave this product 2 stars for my application.
I recently applied a 2 part epoxy garage floor coating. I purchased this product to seal it."It had a car on the label" After application and curing for 5 days the floor looked great, until I drove my cars on it. When I moved my cars the next day I could see where the cars had sat. There was an impression of the tire where it sat on the floor. It won't come out. So now I am parking on pieces of 1/4 inch plywood. My fix is to sand the floor and apply another product that is stronger than acrylic. The rest of the garage does look like a showroom.
