There just aren't enough recipes in this book to justify buying it. Also, the pics of some of the recipes don't coincide with the recipes. Save yourself some $$ and skip this one.

I purchased this after I bought J. F. Montoya's Super Shred Recipes and I'm so glad I did. There's even more great recipes in here which if you understand the super shred diet well enough you can use with all the phases.

Another great recipes book from Montoya. I've just read about the Shred Diet and I was hoping to get my hands on some Shred recipes to try. I picked up a couple books but I must say, this one has the best recipes yet. You must try the marinated portobello mushrooms!
