I'm from Texas and the only way i could get this CD is from Amazon. I love it. it rocks. I usually like hard rock but this is the best, even if it's not the hardest. it still kicks

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Heartfealt Hard Rock, July 15, 2006
This review is from: Shrinking the Blob (Audio CD)
This is another work of art by Oleander. To me, their best work by far is the "Unwind" album. The song "Jimmy Shakur Day" here is from that "Unwind" record. This band is not heavy metal and neither is this cd. Considering that, this is not light rock or pop either. It is more comparable in style to bands like Candlebox, Collective Soul, and Black Lab. If you like this, check out Black Lab's "Your Body Above Me".

4.0 out of 5 stars One of the better albums this year!, May 29, 1999

Reminiscent of Nirvana "B"-sides with a flare of HUM. Exceleent musical choice considering today's selection of over glamorized rapping metal bands and overdubbed hip-hop.
