Replacement gray soft flex sleeves for use with the Shure sound isolating earphones. These reusable sleeves fit comfortably in the ear and allow for ease of insertion. Choose from small, medium or large to get the perfect fit. The Shure EA406 sleeves are the replacement sleeves for the Shure E3c, E3g, E4c, E4g, E5c, I3, I4c, E3c-n and E4c-n models . Shure also manufacturers other types of replacement sleeves and foams for your earphones if you prefer a different fit. These are direct replacements for the original ear sleeves that came with my E4c's. The sleeves come off and are easily lost. I "notched" the tube that the sleeve slides over to keep the sleeves in place. This cured the problem (Shure, are you listening?). Overall, these is a good value and they fit well.
