They work for me,
This review is from: Shure PA756S Small Flex Sleeves for Shure E1c, E3c, and E5c Sound Isolating Earphones (5 Pairs) (Electronics)
Each ear is a world in itself but these sleeves are the ones that work for me with a good balance of isolation and confort (they don't fall off as well). Much better than the black soft rubber thingies that came along with my E500's. But then again, just try for yourself.
