I've listened to a LOT of music during my time, and a lot of different generes. It wasn't until I listened to Siam Shade, that I finally understood what love was.

I found them by accident on the internet about 8 years ago, and they are the only band that have withstood the times. Any change I go through, Siam always makes the cut. No matter the mood, they have something to cater to it.

And the best of their work, is in my opinion, VI. The second best would have to be IV.

If you enjoy being happy, YOU MUST HEAR THIS BAND!

P.S.- The drummer, Jun-ji is the best in Japan, along with Daita, the lead guitarist. No, not Yoshiki and Hide.

I picked up this and Siam Shade VII and fell instantly in love with this cd. It goes into my purse where ever I go. I can't get enough of the second disc. Every song in this set is fantastic. Fine Weather Day, Moon, 1999, Heaven, Kumori Nochi Hari, Setsuna yorimo. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Siam Shade has to be one of the best j-rock bands around. They produce such catchy tunes and in my opinion have one of the coolest guitarists I have ever heard. Siam Shade's songs would probably fall under the category of just rock (Hard rock and a little bit of punk tunes). Their singer is great and when you listen, it makes you want to sing along.
I have heard every Siam Shade song that has been released (as far as I know) and I have not been upset with any one of them. I'm not kidding! Some are better than others, but they all give you a great listing satisfaction. I would recommend Siam Shade VI, aswell as any other siam shade CD.

If anybody cares to know, Siam Shade did one of the endings to the anime show Rurouni Kenshin, 1/3 no junjou na kanjou. if you have seen the series and heard that song, thats just a sample of one of their good songs.
