Minimalist Design,

There's nothing flashy about this simple design made from super lightweight titanium, but that's what I like about it. Clean and simple. Adds very little weight to the stack of bills I clip with it. Slim compact size doesn't create a pocket bulge. Corners are all nicely rounded. The matte finish on all surfaces hides fingerprints pretty well.
The clip seems to hold up to an 1/8" thickness of paper money/cards very tightly. Anything more thickness-wise takes a lot of finger force and wiggling to get the clip to expand over it. It comes in a little faux black leather hinge lidded box that enhances the presentation if giving as a gift. Get it if you appreciate functional minimalist design executed in a light space age material. Don't get it if you're more into flash and bling when it comes to personal accessories. * * * Edit: Titanium is a fairly soft metal more prone to scratching than say stainless steel. Some scratches and scrapes have shown up as a result of carrying the clip in the same pocket with keys that rubbed against it. Just be aware that the metal will start to show wear and tear on its surface.

Great slim money clip,

I purchased this for my boyfriend after a long search for a money clip that had a clean design, it's amazing how bulky and busy most of them are. He has used this clip quite heavily for 6 months, and says it's the best money clip he's ever had. It stays snug even when relatively empty.

This is the best, and most expensive, money clip I have ever owned. Nothing else metal goes in that pocket, and I haven't experienced the scratching reported in the negative review. Until minutes ago, after 13 months, the clip's matte appearance looked good as new. Don't be thrown by the "Dual Sided" in the description. Most things have two sides. This is just a simple clip, not a double clip.Titanium is a wonderful material, but not miraculous. Like any other metal, after constant use it will lose its flex, and stop pinching lighter money rolls successfully. One can stall this by giving fatter bundles special treatment, e.g. clipping before folding rather than after, but who wants to coddle a money clip? Not me. After 13 months, my clip had lost its spring, to the point where its relaxed (no money) position was open a bit, and it would slip off lighter money rolls regularly to remind me I needed to get cash. The usual issue, which lead me to buy this clip in the first place, with hopes that it would last longer than less expensive clips. Truth be told, if my clip was actually finished I'd buy a new one of these each year. It's a great clip. Don't hesitate, just accept the expense. I have some scientific training, but I was really just trying to bluff mother nature here, to buy some time before ordering this money clip again. I used a small C-clamp to just close the clip, laid it against a power burner's flame on my kitchen gas range for ten minutes (600 F or so as measured by an infrared shooter thermometer), then threw the clip into some ice water to shock it. The clip is now closed in rest position, and works again. We'll see how long it lasts; this won't be a great tip if I only get another month, but this technique might work once a year for decades. Metal fatigue is a funny thing. Of course the appearance isn't new, now. One can see the mark of the flame. To each their own. Some would be embarrassed to no longer have the money clip look brand new, and this could be a legitimate issue around narrow minds at work. I bought this money clip for function alone, and I like the conversation starter appearance it now has. Don't try this on unknown alloys, such as your current clip if this isn't it; alloys and platings can off-gas poisonous gases.

This money clip was exactly what I was looking for. Totally functional, simply, lightweight, unassuming, and extremely useful. No bills slipping out. One bills fits as snug in this clip as does 20 bills. Extremely lightweight as you will never feel the additional weight of the clip. My wife did extremely well when she purchased this money clip for me.

Not a quality product,

The money clip arrived in mint condition, but that was the last time I saw it in anywhere close to that condition again, after just a few days use the clip had noticeable wear and scratches on it from being in my pocket, the finish is scratched and doesnt look very good at all, and I've only had it for about 2 weeks. For the cost of this of money clip you can get something much better.
