I was pleasantly surprised when the PV-BL31 battery arrived in the mail -- it is a genuine Sharp product, not a third-party knockoff which holds very little juice as were some replacement batteries that I've purchased for other phones in the past (from other vendors). This new Sharp battery has been installed in my phone since I received it and it is working very well. I'd strongly recommend this battery if it fits your phone. The price was also incredible!
