This is an exceptionally well done ALIEN figure! I am happy to have found one before
it goes skyrocketing in value on the secondary market. H.R.Giger's original design
will always be my preferred ALIEN of choice, so he's a keeper! It was the film's
director, Ridley Scott who coined the affectionate term, "big chap" for this ALIEN
bloke. To begin with, the packaging is an eye catcher! The front of the box is a close
view of the domed ALIEN brain! Inside you get a nice cardboard backdrop scene of a
Nostromo hallway to set your prize up against for display. A nicely painted and detailed
collector stand accompanies the backdrop. The ALIEN itself has been carefully airbrushed
and detailed to closely match the original, although some license is obviously taken
in regards to his teeth and mouth area as well as the tail. Make no mistake, this is
the ALIEN you have been waiting for! Highly recommended. Almost as impressive as the
1/6th scale power-loader from ALIENS complete with Ellen Ripley from Hot Toys!

This figure past a lot of my expectations. it is trully an amazing figure! the detail is astounding, you can see every tubing in the whole body! even the bottons of the feet! it has two interchangable hands (one being bendy the other stationary) which are supperbly done. although i perfer thestationary because they look more menacing. there are three problems on this figure which is the tail tip, it is a spike, not the barb which is the first two movies tail ends (u clearly see it when lambert is about to die). the second is the dome. its made out of a cheap feeling plastic and creeks like its gonna break when you move it. last but not least the mouth is not designed or painted like the original which is also clearly seen in the movie (the lips are a see through bone color same with the tongue. both are black on this figure.)i love this figure all the same because only die hard fans well get annoyed by it and i am a die hard fan of giger and the original alien but i cant help but love it. lol so i recomend this!

One of the best alien figures I've seen in a long time! I was surprises to find that most of the body is made of a durable rubber so it can bend at the joints. I love the detail and coloration of the figure and it also appears to be in correct proportion to the original character in the film. The only complaint I have is a small one. The clear dome falls short where it terminates alone the cheekbones of the alien, creating a gap. Other than this, it's fantastic and definitely worth the price for the purist alien fan with discriminating tastes!
