4.0 out of 5 stars not what I was expecting, November 26, 2011

This review is from: Siege!: The Story of St. Augustine in 1702 (Hardcover)
I have enjoyed this short book. I don't know whether to be disappointed or not, though, because I was expecting a historical account of the actual events. What I got was a fictional telling of one family's struggle in the midst of the attack. It has been interesting and good, though. It certainly captured and maintained the tension sought by the author.
